GREEN BEAN RORIPPA INDICA SOUP

INGREDIENTS :

300g lean pork, 300g rorippa indica, 160g green beans, 1 siraitia grosvenori, 1 piece of dried tangerine peel, 12 cups of water.


SEASONINGS:
1t salt.

PREPARATION :

1. Rinse green beans; Soak in water for 2 hours; Lift the green beans up; Rinse and drain.
2. Soak rorippa indica in water for 60 minutes; Lift the rorippa indica up; Rinse and drain.
3. Rinse siraitia grosvenori and drain.
4. Rinse dried tangerine peel and drain.
5. Rinse lean pork; Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute; Lift the pork up immediately and rinse in cold running water till cool; Drain; Cut into pieces.
6. Pour 12 cups of water into a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Add all the ingredients; Bring to the boil over a high heat again; Turn to a low heat; Cover the pot with its lid; Cook over a low heat for 2 hours; Uncover; Add seasonings; Stir over a low heat till mixed; Serve hot.
