SEASONED SPRING ONION SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

4 stalks of spring onion, 1 lettuce, 1 red chili pepper.


SEASONINGS:
3T sesame oil, 2T rice vinegar, 1t Korean hot red pepper powder, 1t salt.

PREPARATION :

1. Cut off the head of lettuce; Separate the leaves; Soak in water for 20 minutes; Lift the lettuce up; Rinse and drain; Cut into small pieces.
2. Rinse spring onion; Cut off the roots; Julienne.
3. Rinse and seed a red chili pepper; Chop.
4. Add all the ingredients to a big mixing bowl; Add seasonings; Toss to mix well; Arrange in serving plates; Serve immediately.
