SWEET POTATO LATTE

INGREDIENTS :

4 sweet potato, 4 cups of low-sugar soy milk, 2T almond slivers.


SEASONINGS:
4T grain syrup.

PREPARATION :

1. Pre-heat an oven to 180 degree celcius.
2. Rinse sweet potatoes and drain.
3. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a baking pan with aluminium foil.
4. Put the sweet potatoes into the oven and bake the sweet potatoes for 20 minutes.
5. Take the sweet potatoes out of the oven; Peel; Smash.
6. Heat a non-stick skillet over a high heat; Add almond slivers; Stir-fry over a high heat till dry; Turn to a medium heat; Stir-fry till golden and fragrant with a crackling sound (around 5 minutes); Turn off the heat.
7. Pour 4 cups of soy milk to a non-stick pot; Bring to the boil over a medium heat; Turn to a low heat; Gradually stir in seasonings; Stir over a low heat till well mixed; Add the sweet potatoes; Stir over a low heat for 6 minutes; Turn off the heat; Transfer to a blender; Add the almonds; Process till smooth; Serve hot.
