TOFU CABBAGE ROLLS

INGREDIENTS :

1 pack of white cabbage, 1 block of hard tofu, 100g South Korean ham.


SEASONINGS:
2 cup of chicken broth, 1/2T oil, 1T salted shrimps.

PREPARATION :

1. Cut off the heads of white cabbage; Separate the white cabbage leaf by leaf; Rinse and drain.
2. Drain tofu; Cut into match sticks.
3. Cut ham into shreds.
4. Lay a piece of the white cabbage flat; Arrange some tofu match sticks and ham shreds on one end of the white cabbage; Roll up the cabbage tight to wrap the tofu and ham (repeat the step till the ingredients are used up).
5. Add seasonings to a pan; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Carefully arrange the cabbage rolls into the pan; Bring to the boil again; Turn to a low heat; Cook over a low heat for 2 minutes; Turn off the heat; Carefully lift the cabbage rolls up; Arrange the cabbage rolls on plates.
